It seems like a joke, but the Japanese should never take things as a joke because they take everything seriously and they did that too. Google Japanwho created gboard portable that doubles as a hat.
And be warned, this isn’t the first time Google Japan has created this type of souvenir inspired by everything the Palo Alto company has created.

The company has posted DIY plans on GitHub designed to help anyone create an authentic version of the Gboard hat using a 3D printer. There is also a making tutorial for those who want to keep things simple and make a hat using just cardboard and scissors.

The Gboard hat’s features include a 6-axis inertial sensor, push-button switch, USB-C for charging, Bluetooth for connecting to other devices, and a 20mm key travel.
Google Japan admits that this Gboard is ideal because “the head-covering shape makes it a wearable device that’s ideal for places with plenty of sunlight or a hairstyle that allows you to wake up freely.”
