Murakhovsky noted that Bylina is combined into a single system and coordinates the work of various electronic warfare systems, radio equipment and enemy radar stations operating at different ranges. Moreover, thanks to the complex, built-in artificial intelligence algorithms, it can decide which electronic warfare equipment, at what power and at what frequency should be used against certain targets.
