Salesforce is offering Trailhead to other companies as a way to upskill employees. Slack CEO Lydiane Jones said in a post that Ranger Week is critical to ensuring that all employees reach their maximum level this year, even though it may disrupt the company’s plans.
While the initiative encourages employees to spend time honing their skills, some Slack employees are reportedly gaming the system to speed up their learning process.
