The American Hines has put some of its largest assets in Russia up for sale. The company is looking for buyers for the Belaya Dacha establishments in the Moscow region and Pulkovo in St. Petersburg. Hines does not disclose potential bidders for the purchase.
The Hines investment company has decided to sell its assets in Russia. The Belaya Dacha establishments in the Moscow region and Pulkovo in St. Petersburg are for sale, Vedomosti reports, citing sources.
According to the publication, the American company is in the phase of considering requests from potential buyers. However, the company does not reveal the bidders. Hines called the process of exiting Russian assets difficult.
Hines opened its first establishment in the Moscow region in 2012, in 2015 the first stage of the Pulkovo establishment in St. Petersburg was opened.
According to Hines, the company’s assets in Russia include eight real estate properties. In early 2023, Hines ceased to own a stake in Moscow’s Metropolis shopping center. Several years ago, Hines sold a warehouse complex in the Moscow region and a business center in Moscow.
