The first store of the Maag brand was opened in Moscow on the site of the Zara flagship. Previously, the brand was managed by the Spanish Inditex, but after the completion of the work in Russia, the company sold local assets to the Daher group of the United Arab Emirates. In the coming days, other stores from the former Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho will also open with new names.
The first Maag brand store opened on Neglinnaya Street in Moscow on the site of the former Zara flagship store. It occupies an area of 2.7 thousand square meters. my is located on four floors of the apartment building of the Moscow Trading Company.
The Spanish group of companies Inditex (owner of the Zara, Oysho, Bershka and other brands) stopped working in Russia in the spring of 2022. Inditex sold its local assets to the Emirati Daher group. It opens its points of sale in Russia under new brands on the site of the old Inditex brand stores.
In the near future, about 60 Maag brand stores will open in the main shopping centers of Russia. Three more brands from the Daher group will soon be launched in the country -Ecru, Dub and Vilet- whose stores will open on the premises of the old points of the Inditex brands.
