VTB Leasing has updated its HR brand to reinforce the company’s image in the professional market. The new employer brand was developed jointly with Artemy Lebedev’s studio and conveys the value proposition and competitive advantages of the VTB Leasing Group.
The development was carried out based on the results of qualitative and quantitative studies of the company’s strengths, analysis of processes and culture, a portrait of the applicant, as well as the identification of key needs and expectations of VTB Leasing employees . The research results form the basis of the value proposition and taglines used in all messages to the audience: “Act while others wait” and “I’m in.”
The employer brand logo became a navigation arrow with a basic forward and upward trajectory. It symbolizes the constant movement, development and career path of employees. The new logo also inspired the name of the internship program for young professionals launched this year, “Career. The route is already built.”
“VTB Leasing has been on the market for more than 20 years: it is a company with a long and interesting history, a recognizable image of a large and stable player. In addition, VTB Leasing is distinguished by a constant desire for development, ambitious goals and bold challenges that we successfully face: we act while others wait. All of this reflects the values of the company and what we offer to the market. The new visual style of the HR brand conveys the image of a modern and advanced organization, where employees have ample opportunities to develop and realize their professional ambitions.””commented Diana Grinis, human resources director at VTB Leasing.
The VTB Leasing human resources brand with its new identity is already reflected in the recruitment service, on the official pages of VTB Leasing to attract new employees – “Career” and young specialists – “Internship”. In addition, the new style filled all surfaces – from document forms to souvenirs for employees of the leasing company.
