Now users will be able to book an appointment directly with a doctor through the Government Services mini-app available in hospital and clinic communities. This service is currently installed in the official groups of 66.47% of healthcare institutions, i.e. 2975 pages.
The leaders in the number of hospitals connecting the new function are the Krasnodar Territory, St. Petersburg and Nizhny Novgorod Region. In 15 regions of Russia, the State Services mini-application is installed on all public pages of medical institutions.
The service saves time for both patients and healthcare professionals by allowing you to make an appointment with the doctor in a few clicks.
According to Andrei Tsepelev, deputy director general of Dialogue Zones, the development of state public health services is an important step towards openness and a patient-centered healthcare system.
To use the service, you need to go to the official public page of the medical institution and select the “Make an appointment with the doctor” widget. This function is available on mobile devices and allows you to register yourself, your child or another person with a doctor, as well as check the details of your compulsory health insurance policy and information about created appointments.
