This was spotted by The Verge journalist John Porter. According to him, after the release of update 119.0.6045.109, Chrome for iPhone now has the feature of placing the address bar at the bottom. There is no need to update for this; The function is available immediately after the browser exits beta testing.
By default, the address bar is at the top as before, and to change the interface you need to go to the settings and select the “Address bar” option or long press on the line itself and select “Move address bar to the bottom”.
