Tinkoff has created an automatic review response service for businesses. They are generated by a neural network; If you don’t like the review, you can generate another one, as well as edit or add to it. These responses will be marked as if they were left by the neural network.
Tinkoff has launched a service for entrepreneurs to automatically generate responses to reviews using a neural network. This was reported by the Tinkoff press service. The new feature is available on the Tinkoff Seller and Tinkoff Reviews platforms.
“According to our research, 37% of sellers on marketplaces identify review management as their main problem. At the same time, more than half of sellers face this problem every day,” said Ilya Kretov, director of Tinkoff eCommerce.
A Wildberries seller using Tinkoff Seller can generate responses to reviews; If you don’t like the response generated by the neural network, you can request a new one, edit or supplement an existing one. The service will also notify the seller if the review contains words or links that violate marketplace rules.
All AI generated responses will have a special label. At first, moderators will check responses, but once the service is fully configured, their work will be reduced to a minimum.
