The OBI building materials hypermarket chain began selling its products on the markets, with Yandex.Market being its first partner.
As the Market press service reports, more than 20 thousand products from the home, renovation, cottage and garden categories are offered on the site.
Until the end of the year, OBI will increase the number of products presented on the market to 28 thousand and will complement the assortment with New Year’s items. In 2024, the company plans to exhibit more than 40 thousand items.
OBI’s cooperation with the market will allow it to expand its geographical presence and deliver products to customers in regions where there are no chain stores.
The entire range of the brand on the market will be subject to the so-called green prices (prices with discounts of up to 30% when paying with a Yandex Pay card) and payment in installments using Yandex Split.
In December 2022, Yandex.Market began selling IKEA products on its site, which had left Russia. In September 2023, new products from the H&M brand also appeared on the market.
