ChatGPT experienced instability this Wednesday (08), preventing users from interacting with the chatbot. According to Down Detector, complaints started to increase around 10:30 a.m. (Brasília time).
As of 11:15 a.m., the service had already received more than 6,000 notifications from people who tried to use the OpenAI service and were unable to do so.
And as always, many people took to X (formerly Twitter) to talk about the situation. Besides Brazilians, speakers of other languages also commented on the problem.

Since Chatgpt is down, I won’t be able to respond or submit work since it’s been set up. I can’t think or reason on my own 🙂 Thank you for your understanding

ChatGPT mocks instability
The public is encountering error reports when accessing the ChatGPT website. The page confirms that the system is currently “not full.”
Anyone who enters the site due to the decline is greeted with 10 jokes about the state of artificial intelligence.
“ChatGPT servers must be stuck in traffic on the internet highway!” and “I heard the ChatGPT servers are slow because they’re busy planning the AI uprising” jokes include.
OpenAI reported that the error in ChatGPT was detected after the review. “We have identified an issue that is causing high error rates across the API,” the service status website says.
Around 12:30 p.m. the page received a new update. “A fix has been implemented and we see that services are slowly improving. We are monitoring the situation,” the quote says.
