Nasdaq delists Ozon depositary shares

Ozon announced the delisting of its depositary shares from the US stock exchange Nasdaq. The start of the securities deregistration procedure in the United States is announced on the corporate information disclosure website.

“The completion of registration with the SEC is expected […] will be effective on February 7, 2024 or such shorter period as determined by the SEC,” Ozon Holdings said in a statement.

Ozon’s plans to voluntarily leave the Nasdaq became known in mid-October. We have no reason to believe that securities trading on the Stock Exchange will recover, Ozon reported then.

Previously, Ozon’s CFO announced the company’s plans to change its Cypriot registration to Russian.
