According to court documents obtained by Insider, Grimes hired four bailiffs who tried to track down Musk at at least a dozen locations, including the SpaceX launch pad and the Tesla gigafactory in Austin. Grimes argues that sufficient evidence of service of claim is that his team delivered the documents to the security of Company X’s premises.
