The trailer was presented at the Wine Forum, held last weekend in Moscow, and is based on Eurotium cristatum mushroom used to ferment wine.

“We have confirmed that this wine has acquired great nutritional value and fat burning properties, due to the effect of fungal metabolites on the body,” explained Marina Moiseyak, professor of the Department of Fermentation and Winemaking Technologies of ROSBIOTECH.

According to Russian research, this mushroom helps in wine fermentation nutrient absorptionthereby accelerating fat burning, as well as improves immunity and has healing effect on the human stomach.

But that’s not all: people from the Russian Biotechnological University say that this mushroom, Eurotium cristatum, is used to treat and rejuvenate the human body.
