The Twinby dating service has reached first place in the Russian App Store in the “Social Networks” category. In particular, businessman Ruslan Fazlyev spoke about this on his social network page.

In its category, the dating application has surpassed WhatsApp and Telegram in downloads, popular messengers around the world and among Russians in particular.

Twinby entered the Russian market in June 2023; In November, the application attracted an investment of 150 million rubles from former InDrive technical director Alexander Burtsev and the Impact Capital fund. The valuation of the company according to the results of the round was 5 billion rubles.

Twinby matches a person with a partner based on psychological compatibility. The dating service was launched by graduates of the Higher School of Economics Veronika Yakovleva and Valery Klimov. According to Crunchbase, Twinby is based in Dubai.
