The revenue of Delimobil car-sharing operator PJSC Carsharing Russia grew by 33% at the end of 2023, to 20.9 billion rubles, according to company reports. Net profit increased to 1.9 billion rubles, 2.4 times more than in 2022.

The company’s EBITDA amounted to 6.4 billion rubles (+60% year-on-year) and the EBITDA margin was 31% against 26% in 2022.

According to the company, the main growth driver was the expansion of the fleet and the attraction of new users. The indicators were significantly affected by the increase in demand for car-sharing services. Over the past year, the service increased its fleet to 25.6 thousand vehicles. This is 34% more than in 2022.

Delimobil’s average monthly active audience showed an increase of 7%. In total, the number of new registrations in the application increased by 14% year-on-year. The expansion of the vehicle fleet also caused an increase in the cost of sales by 25%, up to 13.4 billion rubles.

The company’s net debt also increased – by 43% to 21.4 billion rubles. The net/EBITDA ratio at the end of 2023 was 3.3x versus 3.7x at the end of 2022.

In early 2024, Delimobil held an initial public offering on the Moscow Stock Exchange and raised 4.2 billion rubles. The placement was at the upper limit of the price range. The company announced that it will use the funds raised to expand the park.

Already in April, Delimobil began operating in the new city of presence. Starting April 2, you can rent a company car in Sochi. At the end of the month, 500 new cars will be available in the tourist city.
