More than 40% of Russians contact hotel staff before checking in and request some service. Among the most common requests are early check-in, a room with a beautiful view, and airport transfer. At the same time, 26% of such requests are partially fulfilled. Analysts of the Yandex Travel service reached these conclusions, RB.RU learned about the results of the study.

The Yandex Travel service has launched a feedback option for hotels

The service has a new “Comment on a hotel” function. Users may submit their requests to the hotel staff in advance.

Questions and suggestions can be left immediately when placing an order and directly on the booking page. The information reaches the hotel instantly.

The company conducted a survey in October 2023 among 1,200 citizens over 18 years of age in all federal districts of Russia.
