The innovation called “Friends on the Map” is already available to iOS and Android users. Users will now be able to track their friends’ location, share emoji reactions, and share their favorite places by adding each other as “friends.”
At the same time, privacy is guaranteed: random users cannot see the geolocation.
The service provides the ability to control visibility on the map: you can temporarily or permanently “disappear” from the field of view of your friends.
To activate the function, you need to update the application and receive a special invite link from a friend or 2GIS. The function is enabled after geolocation tracking is allowed in the operating system settings.
