The district courts of St. Petersburg began to accept claims against the legal entity of the Samokat delivery service, Smart Retail LLC, and against Green Box JSC. The lawsuits relate to a poisoning incident in September involving Greenbox waffles delivered by Samokat.

Following the incident, the Primorsky District Court in St. Petersburg suspended Green Box’s activities for 60 days.
