The investment division of the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF) – IIDF Invest LLC – waived part of the requirements for two of the three founders of the service for automatically publishing posts on social networks “Amplifer”, it follows from the case file in the file of arbitration cases.

IIDF dropped lawsuits against two of the three founders of the closed “Amplifer” service

  • In August 2023, the fund sued the service’s founders, Natik Gadzhibalaev, Alexander Tishchenko and Yaroslav Markin, to “restore their stake in the company” and “carry out the liquidation procedure.”
  • The project itself was closed in December 2022. In January 2023, according to the Kontur.Focus system, Tishchenko and Markin left the company. In March, Gadzhibalaev also left Amplifer LLC.
  • Currently, 96% of Amplifer LLC’s shares are on the balance sheet of the legal entity, IIDF Invest owns 4%.

On November 22, the court accepted FRII Invest LLC’s partial dismissal of the lawsuit against Yaroslav Markin and Alexander Tishchenko. “Proceedings in the case <…> As for the accusations against Yaroslav Vladimirovich Markin and Alexander Vladimirovich Tishchenko, enough,” the court decision says.

“The lawsuits against Yaroslav Markin and Alexander Tishchenko were withdrawn by the IIDF due to the lack of direct evidence that they knew about Natik Gadzhibalaev’s correspondence with the IIDF, where he proposed to jointly liquidate the company, and that they deliberately withdrew from the founders. so as not to take responsibility for liquidation,” the fund’s press service told RB.RU.

The IIDF representative also added that the fund, for its part, accepted the liquidation and “carried out all the procedures for it, although it could have first left the company without prior notice and also received the real value of its share.”
