Nikolai Vasev, Senior Vice President of Sberbank, Head of the B2C Customer Experience Development block, died of a heart attack. He was 42 years old.
As explained in the press service, according to the preliminary conclusion of doctors, the cause of death was a heart attack.
“It is with deep regret that we inform you that Nikolay Vasev, Senior Vice President and Head of Sberbank’s B2C Customer Experience Development Block, passed away suddenly today,” Sberbank said in a statement.
Nikolay Vasev worked in the organization for 12 years. The company noted that it “has actually built the mortgage products segment vertical.
Sberbank mentions Domklik and Deal Factory as successful projects.
As head of the B2C Customer Experience Development block, Nikolay Vasev was involved in changing Sberbank’s business model to a customer-centric one.
