More than 1.5 million viewers watched the chaos unfold on TikTok, where motorists were stranded on a highway wide enough for only one-way traffic. The driver of the massive truck had to cut through the bushes to warn others of the dead end.
Desperate drivers were forced to abandon their cars, and one of them was towed to a dealership for expensive repairs. The Highway Patrol had to intervene to prevent more cars from falling into the Google Maps trap.
