Musk was initially adamant that there would be no “wrapping”, but the recent reveal of the matte black Cybertruck signaled a change in plans. Thicker, self-healing wraps with PPF film are said to be “more environmentally friendly” than traditional vinyl.

Despite Musk’s initial stance, Tesla enthusiasts will now be able to trim their Cybertrucks in these colors, which are now available at select service centers in California.
