An unusual robbery of an Uber Eats courier took place in Washington.
While parking the car near the house, two masked robbers with weapons approached the car. They demanded that the man give up everything he had in his pockets, including his mobile phone.
But the smartphone was immediately returned because it was on Android, and the robbers were not interested in it.
They looked at this phone and thought, “Oh, this is Android? We don’t need him. I thought it was an iPhone.”
The courier’s wife told me
One of the robbers stole a car that was parked by a man, and the second fled in a black BMW. The crime happened a month ago, but it became known only now. The criminals have not yet been found. [ABC7]
