Nvidia Corporation has announced plans to build a microchip production center in Vietnam. This was announced by Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang after a meeting with Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chin.
Nvidia has already invested $250 million in Vietnamese production and plans to cooperate with local authorities and attract technology companies.
Nvidia previously announced the construction of a network of processor factories in Japan for the development of artificial intelligence.
Nvidia received record revenue of $18.1 billion in the third quarter of 2023. The growth in financial indicators was facilitated by high demand for AI chips.
