Google has not represented Russia in this ranking since 2022.

The list is divided into 18 categories. In the events block, the most popular search among Google users was the conflict in Israel; In the film category, the championship went to “Barbie.”
The most searched musician was Shakira and the athlete was American football player Damar Hamlin. Among the deceased, users most frequently searched for information about “Friends” actor Matthew Perry.
Google prepares its Year in Search ranking every year. Since 2022, Russia is not represented in the ranking.
