GalaxyClub reports that the main camera of the new Galaxy A36 will remain at 50 MP, like the current Galaxy A35. However, according to the leak, the front camera will be replaced with a 12-megapixel sensor, which seems to be a slight drop from the 13-megapixel sensor in the previous model.
However, the source claims that the new sensor promises better quality.
Samsung also keeps some things different between the Galaxy A36 and A56: Although both devices have 12 MP front cameras, their specifications will be different, making the A56 a slightly more premium model.
Among other improvements, a new rear camera design is expected with a more streamlined island layout instead of individual protruding lenses.
Geekbench has already published test results for a model equipped with a Qualcomm processor (possibly Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or 7s Gen 2), with 6 GB of RAM and Android 15 operating system.
The Galaxy A36 is expected to be affordable in the mid-range segment, priced between 350 and 400 Euros.
