While Asus Rog Phone 7 has a classic gaming design, Redmagic 8S Pro has a more representative and official appearance. Rog’s display is AMOLED with a 6.78-inch diagonal, 165 Hz refresh rate, up to 720 Hz touchable, 1080×2448 resolution and 1500 nits peak brightness. As for Redmagic, it has a slightly larger diagonal (6.8 inches), slightly higher resolution (1116×2480), touch (up to 960 Hz), but a 120 Hz refresh rate, 1300 nits maximum brightness.
Both devices offer a great gaming experience. Moreover, in both horizontal and vertical positions.

Both smartphones have excellent cooling systems. However, Rog has an advanced feature, so its performance is higher.
Both Asus and Redmagic have 6000 mAh batteries and 65W charging support. They fully charge in about half an hour.
Asus’ main camera works slightly better than the Redmagic 8S Pro, but its front camera is much better.
The overall winner in all respects was the Asus Rog Phone 7.
