Krasnodar delivery service Broniboy has attracted investments worth 100 million rubles, company co-founder Alexander Radionov told Forbes. Previously, the publication’s source reported that the founders intend to sell the business or take it public within 1 to 2 years. Broniboy does not name the investor.

The project was initiated by Krasnodar restoration lawyer Alexander Radionov and Moscow IT specialist Ivan Trufanov. The company delivers prepared meals, groceries and medications. Broniboy also offers IT solutions for companies developing their delivery services.

Forbes sources in the venture capital market noted that the company’s founders plan to sell the business or go public. Broniboy did not comment on this information.

Funds raised will be used to train couriers for third-party services and develop our own recruitment service. The funds will also be spent on developing new IT solutions to optimize delivery to its customers. These are restaurants, shops and pharmacies.

Broniboy’s clients include “Tasty – period”, #FARSH, “Chaikhona No. 1”, Subway, “Magnit” and others. The company is developing tools that will help partners automate some processes and allow them to offer delivery services to customers.

The Broniboy service has existed in its current form since 2017. In 2021, Krasnodarzernoprodukt, Southern Trading Company and Sergey Taran invested in the company, as well as two anonymous investors from Moscow and Krasnodar. The total investment amounted to 100 million rubles.

And in March 2022, the service received 500 million rubles in round B. During the same period, Broniboy entered the Uzbekistan market. The Krasnodar service became the first logistics partner of “Vkusno – point” after the chain began operating under a new sign.

Next year, the startup aims to connect 10 thousand restaurants and stores and hire more than 3 thousand couriers.

In the spring, Broniboy changed CEOs. Ivan Trufanov moved from the position of manager to the board of directors, and his place was taken by the former CEO of Krym.Eda, Alexander Avdeev.
