TCS Group shareholders will consider the issue of the company’s redomiciliation at an extraordinary meeting on January 8, 2024. This is stated in the company’s message on the corporate information disclosure website.

TCS Group has been studying the issue of changing jurisdiction from Cyprus to Russia for a long time. In March, Stanislav Bliznyuk, chairman of the board of Tinkoff Bank, stated that the company plans to do this.
In November, Constantinos Economides stepped down as chairman of the board of directors. He worked at TCS Group for 15 years as a member of the board of directors and president.
