Apple invited journalists to watch a Vision Pro video shot on their iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 17.2.
CNET journalist Scott Stein reported that investigators of the interesting videos were from his family and from the Natural History Museum.
I also enjoyed seeing some of my favorite exhibits at the Natural History Museum in 3D. In 3D on the Vision Pro, it looked like I was looking closely at another diorama at home again. I realized how nice it is to shoot small settings or spaces that you have to climb into and see them in front of you again.

According to the journalist, smooth videos look best on the Vision Pro because the iPhone 15 Pro limits recording to 30 FPS. The Vision Pro also has a “great presentation” of HDR photography.
TechRadar editor Lance Ulanoff noted that the Apple helmet is ideal for viewing panoramas. In appearance there are details that are invisible on the iPhone screen. When watching a video of a model train, it feels like it’s riding right on your lap.
Cool Hunting’s Josh Rubin said watching videos that are too moving can cause nausea.
Currently, indoor videos for Vision Pro can only be shot on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max.
