iFixit has taken apart the latest iMac with the M3 processor.
According to the published video, most of the components of the candy bar are located in the “chin”. However, getting to it turned out to be problematic, since to do this you need to remove the flashlight, which is firmly glued to the body.

Inside there are a large number of rifles and stickers to protect and secure the motherboard. Also among the problematic issues, experts noted the fragility of the cables connecting the indicator to the entire piece of equipment.
As with the current generation, the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas are located behind the Apple logo.
Overall, the internal design of the iMac M3 is very similar to the iMac M1. There’s a big difference, however: the new variant has just one battery (up from two) to set up the computer, and iFixit jokingly called it the most replaceable battery in Apple’s instructions.
