The Yclients service has launched a free Yplaces app to quickly re-register for services; Now users do not need to “get” to the registration form on the website, on social networks or on maps every time. This was reported to RB.RU by a Yclients representative.

Yclients launched an application to contract services without accessing the contractor’s website

Yclients research showed that many users tried to keep the service registration tab active in their mobile browser, but over time it got lost, they had to go to the search engine/maps, enter the name of the salon/fitness/showroom of cars, Wait for it to load and only then go to the website and fill out the registration form.

With the help of the new application, it was possible to register in places where the user has already been, without having to access the artist’s website or social networks. If the client has ever booked services through Yclients, information about their visits will be available to them.

Yplaces combines appointments for beauty salons, sports studios, educational centers, car dealerships and other places. It should be noted that thanks to the application, the process of creating a record was reduced from several minutes to 30 seconds.

Additionally, through the application you can reschedule or cancel your appointment, check the status of subscriptions and certificates, renew them or purchase others.

  • Yclients is an online platform through which owners manage business processes in a single window and connect digital solutions: from online recording and push notifications to fintech services and analysis.
  • According to its own data, the service is used by 42 thousand business clients. More than 17 million service appointments are made through Yclients each month.
