While the patent isn’t the final rendering of the Vision Pro (as far as we know), it does hint at some innovative and frankly slightly odd uses for this external display. We’re talking mirroring the user’s eyes, flashing “DON’T CARE” warnings, and even turning your pupils into giant Zoom icons. Yes, you got it right.

However, it is worth remembering that patents do not guarantee that the functions will be included in the final product. So, although these Zoom eyes are technically possible, it is highly doubtful that they will be included in the official Vision Pro version.

The question remains: How useful will EyeSight be? Apple has yet to demonstrate this, leaving us in the dark as to its actual functionality. All we saw was the broadcast of the user’s eyes.
