Investment company Startech.Partners and venture studio Rocket Founders announced the start of a partnership. As part of their cooperation, the companies announced an agreement with the Doubleby coffee chain, which received 11 million rubles for the development of the Doubleby Innovations project of innovative vending machines. Startech.vc reported this to RB.RU.

As the press service clarified, this is the fourth transaction of the current Startech.Partners fund. Rocket’s founders also participated in the round. According to the company, more than 30 private investors participated in the syndicate, making the transaction one of the largest in the market.

Startech.Partners and Rocket Founders, as part of their partnership, have developed a scalable and easily manageable SPV (special purpose vehicle/entity) operational scheme.

Startech and Rocket Founders will continue to jointly fund technology projects, including this year.

Rocket Founders has gathered around a thousand novice investors. The partnership with the company will strengthen the direction of technological entrepreneurship, noted Startech.vc founder Oleg Linnikov.

“Doubleby Innovations” is a division of the Doubleby group, separated into an independent structure. The structure specializes in innovative approaches to the preparation of coffee, tea and cocoa drinks.

Rocket Founders is a business builder and operator of 2-4 editions of the Venture Academy of the Moscow Innovation Cluster Foundation.

RB.RU organizes a project meeting Founders Monday for beginners and experienced entrepreneurs. Twice a month on Mondays.
