The Ministry of Finance has drawn up a list of 30 companies for possible privatization. The department sent the list to the government, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 television channel, TASS reported.

The list of the Ministry of Finance includes companies in which the state participation exceeds 50%. According to Siluanov, it was proposed to reduce the state’s participation in these organizations without losing control.

Siluanov did not reveal the names of the companies that were on the list for possible privatization.

The Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs earlier made a proposal to carry out mass privatization to replenish the state budget.
