Impact Capital led two investment rounds totaling 172 million rubles, the press service informed RB.RU. In the first case, the portfolio company Impact Capital, manufacturer of the exclusive organic bioadhesive Agroalliance, raised 22 million rubles. In the second case, the developer of industrial laser complexes, Termolazer, received financing of 150 million rubles.

Impact Capital led two investment rounds totaling 172 million rubles

Agroalliance raised 22 million rubles in venture financing worth 100 million rubles; This is the first money raised for the company. The manufacturer will use them to expand research and development, expand scale and develop new markets.

Agroalliance has been operating since 2013. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, 69.3% of the company belongs to Evgeny Unogaev, another 10% belongs to his business partner Artem Borissov. Impact Capital owns 7% and a group of private investors 13.7%.

The company specializes in the production of plant protection products and fertilizers. It also produces rapeseed glue and conducts its own scientific research. All products are made from resins from coniferous trees.

In the second round, in which Impact Capital acted as the main investor, the Termolazer company, specializing in the production of industrial laser complexes, attracted financing of 150 million rubles. The company was founded in 2010.

The technology developed by Thermolazer increases the wear resistance and service life of processed products several times. Its products are used in metallurgy, energy, construction and other fields.

At the end of 2022, the company’s revenue amounted to 137 million rubles, expectations for the current year are 400 million rubles. Also in 2024, Thermolazer plans to propose a second round. The book value of the company exceeds one billion rubles.

All services and companies related to moving on a single map

Termolaser will use the 150 million rubles raised to expand its line of equipment, expand its network of laser centers and enter international markets. Funding came from both private and institutional investors.

As a result of the registration actions, Impact Capital and the group of investors will receive around 30% of the company.
