The first device on which the new operating system will be installed will be the Xiaomi 14 smartphone. The company introduced the device in October.
Lei Jun announced the launch of HyperOS in October. All gadgets and smart home devices produced by Xiaomi will run on the new operating system. The company will eventually stop supporting MIUI.
In November, Xiaomi filed trademark applications for HyperOS.
