According to the expert, it is important to consume cheese, sausage and fish slices on time. Canned food should not be stored in tin tanks, but in glass or plastic to slow down the oxidation process.

Moreover, slices cannot be stored for longer than 10-12 hours in the refrigerator, let alone at room temperature. The nutritionist noted that fish should never be stored for more than 36 hours. Cut fruits and vegetables should not be stored for more than a day, and cakes and other desserts should be consumed before their expiration date.

“Once opened, all canned food should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than two days. It is better to transfer products from cans to glass containers to slow down the oxidation process,” explained the expert.
