The announcement of the new product is expected to be made on January 11. Honor CEO Zhao Ming shared images showing the unique design and color palette of the new device.
The smartphone will have an interesting camera design, described as a ‘pillow-shaped’ design surrounding round lenses, creating a 3D appearance.
It has a triple rear camera with 100x zoom and comes in Sea Lake Green color with aqua texture.
According to the brand, Honor Magic 6 is inspired by “the beauty of nature and historical culture, the combination of aesthetics and functionality.”
In addition to its unique design, the new product is expected to be equipped with 3D ToF technology for facial recognition, new OV50H and OV50K image sensors, 160 MP periscope telephoto lens, variable aperture and satellite communication.
The device has also passed 3C certification in China, confirming support for 100W fast charging.
