The software will be used to protect the SFR information systems of the Social Fund of Russia (SFR), including the new generation automatic information system of the Federal Register of Disabled Persons and the Technical Center for Information Security Monitoring. The purchase is carried out in accordance with Russian legislation on information security and personal data protection.
The tender was published on the government tender website on December 28, 2023. Participants must submit their proposals by January 10, 2024. SFR will announce the winner on January 11, 2024.
Both Kaspersky Lab and Dr. will benefit. Web are two of Russia’s leading providers of antivirus software. It will also contribute to the widespread use of domestic IT products.
