The court declared bankrupt the manufacturer of mini-projectors Multikubik (Cinemood in the international market), a company that filed a lawsuit last summer.
The decision was published on July 21 in the archive of the Moscow Arbitration Court, the Telegram channel The Edinorog drew attention to the document.
“Declare the Limited Liability Company “MULTIKUBIK” insolvent (bankrupt). Opened in relation to the Limited Liability Company “MULTIKUBIK” (bankruptcy proceedings for a period of six months”, the document says.
The meeting at which the bankruptcy trustee’s report will be considered is scheduled for January 16, 2024.
Among the company’s creditors are M.Video, Ivi online cinema, Elias-Novosibirsk LLC, Russian Post, the Krafttrans freight company, as well as the jointly working technology created by the IIDF and the Far Eastern High Technology Fund.
The company was founded in 2014 by Mikhail Bukhovtsev, Daria Mingalieva and Pavel Zhuravlev. Since 2017, Multikubik has closed several investment rounds. The company raised $2.5 million from the IIDF, $100,000 from the SSOV fund, 263 million rubles from RBF Ventures and other investors.
At the beginning of last year, it became known about the manufacturer’s debts in the amount of 47.3 million rubles.
