In 2024, for 56% of Russians, the team and management will be important when choosing an employer. In second place is convenient office location (38%) and in third place is flexible hours (37%). These conclusions were reached by analysts from Raboty.ru and SberPodbor, RB.RU learned about the results of the study.
Another 33% of respondents will choose a job based on benefits and bonuses. 32% indicated that professional development is important to them. 30% of respondents voted for the opportunity to work remotely. And 29% of Russians will choose a new job based on interesting tasks and projects. 28% of study participants report opportunities for professional growth and 26% report on-the-job training.
The balance between personal and work life is important for 17% of citizens. The reputation and prestige of the future employer can be decisive for 15% of those surveyed. For 12% of respondents, the absence of a dress code is important, and a strong corporate culture in a company interests 10% of Russians.
More than 3.5 thousand service users over 18 years of age from all regions of Russia took part in the study.
