The Onlanta company, which is part of the Lanit group, received 30% from the developer of the cloud platform for simplified implementation of IT applications Amvera, writes C•news.
Amvera provides a cloud to automatically host projects for both individual developers and small teams. The company’s lineup also includes a Kubernetes-based DevOps platform.
Amvera has been participating in Skolkovo since 2023. According to the Kontur.Focus service, Onlanta LLC owns 30% of Amvera LLC since December 21, 2023. The remaining 70% belongs to general director Kirill Kosolapov.
According to Kosolapov, cooperation will allow us to offer computer products in demand by the market “even to the most demanding customers.”
Sergey Taran, CEO of Onlanta, noted that investments in Amvera represent an opportunity to increase presence in the B2B market, as well as expand the company’s product line.
Onlanta is part of the Lanit group and offers IT outsourcing services and IT infrastructure support. The company also offers cloud services OnCloud.ru.
