Garmin’s HRM-Fit is a nifty sensor that attaches to the bottom of your sports bra and provides accurate heart rate and exercise data.
The heart rate monitor is compatible with medium- and high-support bras, including models from Adidas, Under Armor and other brands, according to Susan Lyman, vice president of global consumer marketing for Garmin.
HRM-Fit also shares pace, distance and step data in sync with compatible Garmin smartwatches.
If you forget your watch at home, the device can store exercise data, including calories burned and intensity, and transfer it to your watch as soon as you can access it.
