The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has formally opposed Apple’s proposal to ban the sale of the Apple Watch to stable during the action.
The department believes that Apple’s arguments are “weak and unconvincing; the extraordinary protection of a stay of appeals should be applied.” The court will accept responses from the other side, and if the required number of complaints is received by January 15, the sale will be suspended again.
