Interest in freight delivery services from abroad has increased eightfold since the beginning of 2022

Analysts examined the behavior of the company’s customers on 11 platforms for ordering products in 2022-2023: Banderolka, Global Mail, SDEK Shopping, Brandly, Evrozakaz, LiteMF, Shipito, Shipshopamerica, Shopfans, Shopotam, Usmall. At the end of 2022, the audience that visited the websites of these services increased by 84%.

In March 2023, a multiple increase in audience was observed: compared to January 2022, it grew 4.3 times, 6 times compared to March 2022 and 2.4 times compared to January 2023. In two years, The number of users has multiplied by eight.

The majority of the audience for delivery services from abroad are women and men between 35 and 44 years old: a proportion of 17%. Men aged 25 to 34 represent 12% and women 11%. In the 45 to 54 year old category, 12% are women and 11% are men.

Representatives of the age group 55-64 years of both sexes are less interested in these services: the share of these users is 5%. Men between 18 and 24 years old among users of cargo services represent 4% and women, 3%.
