Diasoft, a developer and provider of software for the Russian financial sector, plans to hold an initial public offering on the Moscow Stock Exchange in the first half of 2024. Experts value the company at at least 50 billion rubles.

Software developer Diasoft intends to hold an IPO in 2024

The money raised during the placement will help strengthen the promoter’s position, including in non-financial markets. Diasoft wants to expand its presence in the corporate software sectors for all industries and government agencies, as well as systems software and development tools.

Investors looking for investment opportunities in the Russian fintech market may be interested in Diasoft’s initial public offering, noted Stanislav Kolesnichenko, managing partner at Sk Capital. Current estimates for the company’s revenue and potential capitalization probably don’t put it in the top stock lists, he added.

Diasoft’s plans became known in October 2023. Then Timur Nigmatullin, senior investment consultant at Finam, said that it makes sense for such a company to have a capitalization of at least 20-30 billion rubles. Taking into account the current financial configuration of the company, the placement volume could amount to several billion rubles, noted Anna Avakimyan, chief analyst at Regblok.
