The upcoming Zoom app will have augmented reality features and will seamlessly integrate into the user’s physical environment and appear as a floating window.

Zoom plans to introduce additional features to the app this spring, including “real world capture,” which will allow Vision Pro users to pull up to five Zoom meeting participants into their physical space, increasing the feeling of immersion in the conversation by eliminating the background. The app will also have a 3D object sharing feature that will allow users to share 3D files and visualize them in their own environment.
