The founder of the former Marvel Distribution (now Fplus), Sergei Girdin, and Fplus signed a settlement agreement in the case of the supply of equipment with claims of 2.1 billion rubles. The parties entered into a conciliation agreement.

Fplus (formerly Marvel Distribution) and its founder Sergei Girdin reached a settlement agreement in the case of a contract for the supply of equipment worth 2.1 billion rubles. This was reported by Kommersant with reference to the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court.

The arbitration court terminated the proceedings in connection with the submission of motions by the parties to conclude a conciliation agreement. Former Marvel Distribution top managers Konstantin Shlyakhov and Alexey Simulin were also charged in the case.

In November 2023 it was reported that Fplus intended to sue its founder Sergei Girdin for 2.1 billion rubles. The cause of the conflict could be a contract for the supply of equipment for the 2018 FIFA World Cup events.
